The project consisted in creating an exhibition volume consisting of two levels and one interior level, suspended from the ceiling slab. These are the characteristics of the new BMW dealership garage in Selvapiana. The new structure was built to meet the customer’s need, who wished to build a proper showroom to display new, used or ready for delivery vehicles. The peculiarity of the building is also represented by the width of the basement level that stretches as far as the limits, which implied building a sheet piling, consisting of metal profiles and a projected concrete filling.
