On the occasion of the seventieth edition of the Locarno International Film Festival the organizers of the event decided to offer the audience another exclusive location as a backdrop. We partnered with La Boite Visual Art in the renovation project of the cinema, which did not include the outdoor walls or the base slabs of the roof. We instead worked on the interiors, improving thermal insulation, acoustic insulation and ventilation. The whole structure has been radically changed by renovating the decorations.
