Torretta complex renovation in Locarno

The Torretta complex in Locarno is a very important historical site. It is an ancient building that resembles an actual tower and that was used as a small hotel in the past. After it was closed, it was abandoned and left in a condition that threatened to prevent its preservation. We were asked by AGH AG in Zurich to renovate the whole property. Following the project of the appointed architect, we renovated the slabs being careful not to damage any of the characteristic elements. The walls and vertical connection are the original ones. We also built an automated parking area next to the building in order to make the area more accessible to users.
