The whole building stands on a three-level terraced hill. The house faces south and overlooks Lake Maggiore, while the north of it overlooks the hill and the growing orchard. The building, fully made in fair-faced concrete, has required a medium-high investment on the customer’s side and has involved not only our firm but also the Arnaboldi architecture firm.
For this project, which owes its peculiarity to the irregularly shaped terraces, we followed the excavation work, carried out the static survey and executed the works, collaborating with the Arnaboldi firm, which designed the entire project of the villa that stands out for the wide use of reinforced concrete for all spaces and backgrounds.
